DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes! Give friends and family the luxury of choosing what they want. Gift cards can be redeemed online, by phone, or in store. Gift cards ship free and arrive within 7-10 days!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most purchases are shipped from our store within one business day of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by phone or email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Items may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of item. If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please call toll free (916) 448-1499 for instructions. Otherwise, return the merchandise in its original packaging and condition for a refund.
